Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Shootingandrew Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@shootingandrew.garden and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and send you a reply that explains what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
